Responsibilities

  • Support the creative team in developing visual assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and internal communication.

  • Create layouts for digital newsletters, social media content, website banners, and e-commerce assets.

  • Assist with the rollout of artwork for print materials including point-of-sale displays, and signage.

  • Adapt existing designs to various formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to creative briefs.

  • Manage and organise design files and ensure proper archiving of completed projects.

  • Follow brand guidelines and help maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Assist with photo editing, image retouching, and basic motion or video graphics (if applicable)

Qualifications & Experience

  • A relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.

  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships/freelance included).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across both print and digital media.

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite:

oPhotoshop (image editing, mock-ups)

o Illustrator (logos, illustrations, vector artwork)

o InDesign (layouts for print and digital)

o After Effects / Premiere Pro (bonus for animation or video editing, even if basic.)

  • Basic understanding of design for newsletters, social media and web.

  • An eye for typography, colour, and composition.

  • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback constructively.

  • Strong time management and ability to multitask under tight deadline
