Your opportunity:
The incumbent is an essential member of the Daniels Faculty team, responsible for the planning and implementing a wide variety of marketing and communications initiatives.
Reporting to the Director, Office of the Dean and under supervision of the Lead, Communications and Marketing Officer, the Digital Content Coordinator is a creative, engaged professional with an eye for storytelling through graphic design, videography and animation. This role uses their creative skills to develop impactful, visually appealing and on-brand content to support marketing initiatives to promote events and programs to the Daniels community and the general public in order to advance the Faculty’s goals. The Digital Content Coordinator is adept at website and social media management, graphic design and video editing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing digital communication plans across a broad range of marketing/communication channels
- Producing promotional and outreach materials
- Creating and producing graphic designs that reflect departmental and/or divisional objectives
- Conducting photography and/or videography shoots
- Editing post-production audio and/or visual material
- Advising on strategies to align websites with marketing/communication objectives
- Writing and editing content for brochures, newsletters, websites and/or handbooks
- Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Communications, Content Marketing or similar or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum four years of experience in content creation and/or marketing and communications.
- Experience planning and implementing digital communication plans across a broad range of marketing/communication channels.
- Experience producing multimedia promotional and outreach materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Acrobat), Canva or other design software.
- Experience developing dynamic video content including videography and postproduction video editing.
- Extensive experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. in a complex organization.
- Demonstrated ability to write copy and plan the development and production of graphic and video content that align with departmental and/or divisional objectives.
- Experience writing, proofreading and fact-checking documents and content (i.e. brochures, newsletters, websites and/or handbooks).
- Experience with strategizing and creating web-design/editing on WordPress, Drupal or comparable.
- Experience working with marketing programs targeted university-age populations and/or members of the general public and community.
- Ability to work collaboratively and strategically with cross-functional teams in a complex organization and with external partnerships.
- Ability to capture content at live events and programs through photography and videography.
- Customer centric view and consideration of communication and user journeys.
- Creative eye and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently effectively.

- General Management Support
- Support the digital content and post-production teams, in managing workflows to ensure high-quality deliverables are produced on time.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, AI technologies, and digital trends to optimize workflows and introduce new innovations.
- Foster a collaborative, dynamic working environment where team members can thrive.
- Ensure timely execution of all deliverables, adhering to project deadlines and maintaining clear communication between departments.
- Monitor production timelines, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
- Production & Post Management Support
- Assist in managing digital content production, including scheduling, budgeting, and tracking milestones.
- Support & assist in post-production activities such as editing, audio, and VFX, ensuring all work meets technical specifications and deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to media supply requirements, technical specifications, and digital content post-production workflows.
- Track progress and troubleshoot any issues throughout the production and post-production phases.
- Financial Management Support
- Assist in managing production budgets, invoicing & purchase order management, and ensuring the efficient use of resources & the production remains within financial limits.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, cast, freelancers, and third-party suppliers, optimizing cost-efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Monitor and reconcile project costs while seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Creative Management Support
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between production plans and creative vision.
- Assist in reviewing creative materials to confirm compliance with technical specifications and broadcast standards.
- Help ensure seamless integration of creative feedback during production.
- Relationship/Interpersonal Management Support
- Build effective relationships with vendors, freelancers, and other partners, ensuring strong collaborations.

- Management Support Duties

Technical Skills & Knowledge

- Competence with key Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines while maintaining high quality.

- Tertiary Qualification in Film, Media Production, or a related field.

Inspired Education is looking for a Digital Content Platform Executive to join our fast-paced, global digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we deliver digital content across 100+ school websites worldwide.
You’ll lead the use of innovative AI tools like Builder.io to manage and publish high-quality content and play a key role in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), analysing data, running A/B tests, and enhancing the parent journey on our websites.

Key Responsibilities
- Publish and manage digital content using AI-powered tools (e.g. Builder.io) across Inspired websites and online brochures.
- Collaborate with product, UX, SEO and CRM specialists to optimise user journeys and drive performance.
- Implement and run CRO frameworks including data analysis, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven experiments.
- Review and adapt AI-generated content for tone, brand consistency, and SEO alignment.
- Troubleshoot and escalate website performance issues such as page speed or broken links.
- Act as an internal champion for AI tools, sharing best practices and upskilling colleagues.
What the Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content publishing (e.g. Builder.io, generative AI editors).
- Strong editing skills and attention to detail when reviewing AI-generated content.
- Solid understanding of web design, SEO, UX, and digital performance optimisation.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, AHREFS, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience applying CRO and A/B testing frameworks.

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, creative, and self-driven Content Creator to join our Cape Town team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality content that showcases our business parks, highlights tenant success stories, and supports our marketing and leasing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to gain in-depth experience in the industrial property space, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and create compelling visual content (videos and photos) at various Inospace parks
- Write engaging copy for social media, newsletters, brochures, and blog posts
- Plan, storyboard, film and edit short-form and long-form video content
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Leasing, and Operations teams to generate ideas and campaigns
- Conduct interviews with Clients and Team members for content
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
- Assist with scheduling and posting content across social media platforms
- Support internal and external marketing campaigns with fresh, relevant content
- Travel between parks as needed to gather content and attend events
What we need:
A strong content creator with fresh, original ideas
Must be actively tuned into social media trends and know how to apply them
Confident filming short-form video on a smartphone and editing it into polished, professional content with audio (experience with CapCut or similar tools is essential)
Able to use design platforms like Canva to create creative and engaging content
Organised and capable of assisting with online tasks like updating Google profiles, uploading property listings to platforms and our website
Own transport is a must
Who you are:
A final-year student or recent graduate in marketing, media, advertising or design
Creative, curious and full of initiative
Comfortable filming, editing, and managing tasks independently
