The Performance Engineer will be responsible for on-going optimization of a fleet of renewable energy assets consisting of both Wind and Solar PV Utility scale plants.his consists of leading key inputs to all O&M activities, providing operational and technical advice and guidance to site teams to ensure consistent and reliable performance of operating plants, and support to the Project Development and Engineering Teams on technical design scope for new Power Plants. Requirements

  • Technical Studies & Analysis
  • Perform and review electrical studies including load flow, short-circuit, transient stability, protection coordination, and harmonic analysis
  • Conduct energy yield assessments using tools such as PVsyst, WindPro, WAsP, or equivalent
  • Develop grid connection studies (steady-state, dynamic, and fault studies) in software such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSSE, or ETAP

  • Proven track record in solar PV, wind, or hybrid energy system design and analysis
  • Experience working with utilities, IPPs, or EPC contractors in grid-connected projects

*Technical Competencies: *
