- Monitor machine health through EM solutions
- Ensure that undercarriage component forecasting management is in place and carried out timeously

Qualification, Experience And Competencies
- Qualified diesel/earthmoving equipment mechanic (or equivalent qualification)
- Three years Caterpillar experience as a mechanic
- Computer literate (MS Office, CAT Software)
- Sound business communication skills
- Sound technical knowledge of product brands
- Must have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and abilities to make decisions

- You will bring your knowledge of relevant regulations and expertise in compliance processes, assessments, monitoring, and remediation to assist TransUnion with its legal and business obligations.
- You will be a business partner and a trusted advisor to assigned business units, ensuring that the compliance and ethics program activities align with business objectives and become integrated into their business activities.
- You will promote organizational integrity through the operation of effective compliance programs for the business unit, such that independently assessing the effectiveness of the current combination of controls, metrics, and assurance activities designed to ensure compliance, gap identification, and remediation.
- You will conduct compliance assessments, including planning and execution of assessment procedures, identification of control gaps, development of remediation plans, and communication of audit reports to senior management.

What You'll Bring
- You have a bachelor's degree/diploma in risk management, finance, economics, business management, statistics, computer science, pre-law or other related field. (An equivalent combination of education and prior work experience may be substituted at the discretion of management.)
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience, preferably Big 4 or a mix of external and internal within the financial services industry. Regulatory audit and monitoring are a plus. Experience performing operational compliance audit is highly preferred.
- Incumbents are preferred to have relevant knowledge of regulatory or procedural compliance issues and the ability to apply them within an operations environment.

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist will ensure that performance insights from projects, programs, or interventions are highlighted in a way that informs organisational decisions.
ResponsibilitiesDesigning Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks:
- Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks tailored to specific projects or programs.
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs), setting targets, and establishing data collection methods and tools.
Data Collection and Management:
- Manage the gathering of essential data to monitor progress and evaluate results.
- Designing surveys, conducting interviews or focus groups, and collecting both qualitative and quantitative data.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyse data to evaluate progress towards project objectives.
- Identify trends and patterns to evaluate programme effectiveness.
- Use statistical and analytical techniques to make sense of complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Learning and Knowledge Management:

Management, Leadership, and Capacity Building:
- Manage the performance of subordinates through performance reviews and regular one-on-one sessions.
- Assist with, participate in, and provide input into any M&E training internally and with partners as necessary.
- Provide training and technical assistance to M&E Officers on M&E concepts, methods, and tools. This helps build the capacity of stakeholders to effectively monitor and evaluate their own activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree qualification in M&E, Development Studies, or Sociology.
- Formal training in statistical analysis and/or Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Training in data visualisation techniques and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Project Management Training.
- At least 5 years of M&E experience.
- Experience managing M&E staff.
