The appointed person will have to manage all underground activities and ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act. They will be responsible for keeping all financial management of the mine activities within target and, most importantly, must be able to motivate their team.

In-depth understanding of resource estimation, volume calculation, and reporting for RPEEE compliance.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to building internal and external networks
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and general report writing skills

• A financial or an accounting qualification (or currently studying towards it)
