OSG Mining (Pty) Ltd is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Drivers to support our mining operations across Gauteng and surrounding regions. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of minerals, materials, equipment, and personnel to and from mining sites. br>
Key Responsibilities:
Transport mineral loads (ore, aggregates, etc.) from mining sites to processing plants or stockpile locations.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with road safety regulations, company policies, and mining site rules.
Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and delivery logs.
Operate heavy-duty vehicles such as tipper trucks, flatbeds, or lowbed trailers as required.
Assist with basic loading and offloading when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned vehicles.
Requirements:
Valid South African driver’s license (Code 10 or Code 14) with valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP). < r>
Minimum of 3 years of driving experience in mining, construction, or heavy logistics sectors.
Knowledge of mining site safety protocols and haul road procedures.
Physically fit and able to work long hours, including occasional weekends or night shifts.
Good communication skills and professional conduct.
High level of reliability and accountability.

The Resource Planning Analyst plays a central role within the Workforce Management team, providing the foundational planning and scheduling functions that support optimal staffing, adherence to SLAs, and operational agility. This role requires a blend of analytical capability, deep operational understanding, and the ability to collaborate across functions to ensure that the contact center remains well-resourced and responsive to business needs.

- Leads the development of organisational systems integration and build capabilities for ERP, Extended functionaliaty and integrated systems
