OSG Mining (Pty) Ltd is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Drivers to support our mining operations across Gauteng and surrounding regions. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of minerals, materials, equipment, and personnel to and from mining sites. br>
Key Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and maintain a sustainable relationship with existing and prospective clients at C-Suite level across Sub-Saharan Africa
  • You will use these relationships to understand our clients’ business and where we can help them solve complex problems
  • Selling is thus part of a Principal’s world, and you must thus have a passion for business development
  • You’ll challenge our leadership, question our thinking and find new and innovative ways to deepen our client-relationships and grow our value proposition beyond existing offerings
  • You must think like an owner and expand our business to new service offerings, industries and markets
  • You identify opportunities to develop intellectual capital (point of views, white papers, etc.)
  • You will build the firm’s reputation externally by taking part in industry / functional networks and developing / sharing best practices
  • You will lead and direct teams, and oversee the overall quality of the project delivery
  • You will mentor members of your team to build their capabilities and deliver better value to the client.
  • More specifically, you would:
  • Take an active leadership role in delivering the strategic plan in the M&M market and continually grow a diversified engagement pipeline within target industries.
  • Manage and enhance relationship with clients, with the objective of positioning the company as a trusted partner. Identify and pursue additional business opportunities.
  • Manage the execution of multiple co-current complex consulting engagements to ensure the project and deliverables meet or exceed the client’s requirements and expectations, delivering superior value to clients.
  • Participate and contribute to functional and/or industry networks to develop and share best practice.
  • Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their development within the organisation.
  • Consistently act with integrity and acquire new expertise/skills valuable to the firm as required to remain relevant and competitive.
