Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Azure Project Manager
to lead and manage cloud projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, project management methodologies, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. This role requires availability during AST (Atlantic Standard Time) working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver Microsoft Azure projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including technical teams, clients, and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in cloud architecture and security.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize project workflows.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Azure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, architecture, and deployment.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Availability to work AST timezone hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305).
• Experience in cloud migration, hybrid cloud solutions, or enterprise-scale deployments.

The server & network infrastructure team is seeking a strong Linux & Systems Administration Specialist to join its team. You will require a proven track record with at least 5+ years’ experience in a similar role having supported Linux Systems in an enterprise environment. You will also preferably be certified on CentOS, RedHat or Oracle Linux. Network and Firewall related knowledge and skill is an advantage.
In this position you will be required to:

• Install, configure, support and maintain Linux servers in development, test and production environments.
• Investigate and troubleshoot performance and other issues.
• Maintain design and support documentation.
• Possess strong general knowledge of Infrastructure services relevant to Linux like DNS, NTP, network, security hardening and other common Linux services.
• Administer Enterprise storage systems like NetApp, EMC, etc.
• Create and maintain Bash scripts for automation and other tasks.
• Install, configure and maintain a wide variety of open source and enterprise applications on Linux.
• Ensure systems are backed up and can be restored in the event of a disaster.
• Maintain a disaster recovery site.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer with strong expertise in Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions to join our team. This role is pivotal in helping us scale our internal systems, develop robust integrations, and build a cohesive digital infrastructure that supports the company’s rapid growth.

Duties And Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned web developer with advanced skills in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining digital tools and workflows that optimize our internal operations and client interactions. This includes integrating communication services, enhancing team collaboration, automating workflows, and building scalable applications to support cross-functional teams.

• Design, develop, and deploy web-based applications and services utilizing Microsoft Azure Communication Services (ACS).
• Create and maintain solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform:
• Power Automate for workflow automation
• Power Apps for custom app development
• Power Virtual Agents for chatbot implementation
• Integrate tools and data across Microsoft Teams, Bookings, SharePoint Lists, and Dataverse to enhance collaboration and scheduling.
• Develop conversational interfaces using Bot Framework Composer for internal and client-facing communications.
• Leverage PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API to automate administrative tasks, manage resources, and optimize user access and security.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure data security and compliance across all integrations and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Provide documentation and training for internal users and stakeholders.
  

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, IT Specialist, or Azure Developer, ideally in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Azure Communication Services (ACS)
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents)
• Microsoft Teams and Bookings integration
• Dataverse and SharePoint Lists
• Bot Framework Composer
• PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with cloud-based architecture and modern application development practices.
• Familiarity with data integration, security best practices, and user access control within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical language into clear, user-friendly terms.
  

• Experience working within the design or construction industry is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant) are advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Trello, Asana) is a bonus.
