    • Create and deliver a Demo & tastings plan to enhance customer experience
    • Co-create and develop Communication tools – implementation briefs, seasonal trading note, KTS, MSW communication
    • Co-create and develop execution principles with annual review & update
  • Drive seasonal trade through:
    • Delivery of trend analysis and data interpretation to influence tactical plans across the category and stores
    • Managing the delivery of sell more unit campaigns
    • Ensure the successful Selling execution of New & modernised stores
  • Conduct regular store visits to identify opportunities for execution improvement and sales opportunities to drive L4L performance.
  • Ensure the effective communication and in store implementation of agreed macro and micro space and merchandising principles in line with category strategies.
  • Continuously improve category merchandising and proactively seek opportunities to drive category and business growth.
  • Deliver to category launches in line with the Integrated Launch Calendar.
  • Ensure that micro space layouts (shop within shop) accurately reflect the customer decision tree and category strategy.
  • Identify and influence range and catalogue opportunities and ensure micro space optimisation.
  • Participate in setting selling and category team objectives, goals and agreed ways of working.
  • Coach & develop store candidates and divisional launch teams to enable succession pipeline
  • Drive integration and partnership with key stakeholders to enable strategy execution and effective launch of initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant business degree or diploma (preferred)
  • 3-5 years relevant retail experience (or combination for store/buying/planning)

In charge of creating clear Shop –In-Shop’s to emphasize category presentation

Ensure correct use and positioning of In-Store Communication Tools

Dress in-store mannequins and place props correctly

Apply and maintain Retail Standards

Daily audit using adidas VM compliance Checklist

Monthly submission on VM Compliance Tool including taking and uploading pictures into the system

Update weekly the Space Management Tool floor plan and fixture allocation based on product presentation movement. Weekly analysis of Space Management Results with SM and draft common action plan

Night shift: campaign change

(Lead in-store VM team by example, organize their work time and tasks)

In-store VM Training:

Train co-workers on:

Global Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines, including folding techniques, different hanger types, size order and size curve, steaming and merchandise presentation standards as well as the use of size cubes and size stickers

“Getting to know your stores” and wall configuration - Train the Trainer

VM Reporting:

Keep up to date on competitor analysis as well as current and upcoming fashion trends across the store location area. Communicate information to Market VM Manager

Identify and communicate store needs fixtures/ ISC to Market VM Manager

Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Integrate strategic, seasonal, and industry changes into in-store execution, ensuring alignment with company and merchandise strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including BDA, Marketing, Operations, and Merchandising) to drive execution of product strategies in stores.
  • Lead the in-store visual creative design function, providing direction and integrating changes into the visual merchandising framework.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end store design process, from concept development to execution, in partnership with external design agencies.
  • Drive the evolution of store concepts, ensuring alignment with store tiering and spatial requirements for both new and revamped locations.
  • Partner with international brands to deliver cohesive in-store visual merchandising solutions that align with both brand and business objectives.
  • Manage brand rebate processes and budgets, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Interpret new brand and product creative direction to conceptualize and implement in-store fixtures, fittings, and space planning solutions.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure fixtures and fittings meet budget and specification requirements.
  • Lead the field visual merchandising team, authoring visual guidelines for long-term, seasonal, and campaign-specific initiatives.
  • Align visual merchandising solutions with merchandise teams and ensure timely communication to field and store teams.
  • Organize and lead visual merchandising launches and workshops to ensure consistent execution and brand standards across all locations.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Interior Design, Marketing advantageous
  • 10+ Years of Experience in visual merchandising or related fields, with a proven track record in a managerial or leadership role with proven VM Strategy and budget management experience
  • Experience Leading Multi-Store Rollouts and Strategic VM Initiatives: Previous involvement in managing VM strategies across multiple locations or regions, and leading initiatives that directly impact brand presentation and customer engagement
  • Cross-Functional Experience: Working closely with marketing, product development, and retail operations teams to create cohesive VM strategies that align with broader business goals.

  • Strong Operational skills, with expertise in Negotiation (i.e. Brand funding), Relationship Management, and Influencing key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage projects at all levels from large scale multi-departmental and extensive budgets to small-scale projects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, effectively co ordinating and leading teams (direct and indirect teams)
  • A creative mindset, with the ability to interpret trends in visual merchandising, as well as an analytical and conceptual approach to problem-solving

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Os desafios da função são:

  • Prestar Consultoria para as lojas com o máximo de periodicidade, orientando, treinando e verificando a aplicação do padrão, Oms e conceitos de VM (coordenação, simetria, senso estético) através do 360º checklist;
  • Participar de reformas e inaugurações entregando lojas com excelência e dentro dos conceitos de VM;
  • Analisar concorrência;
  • Treinar equipe de loja quanto ao VM;
  • Utilizar as ferramentas de VM (Stream e Yammer);
  • Atualizar capacidade no Sistema;
  • Cumprir layout definido e manter a capacidade correta;
  • Manter-se atualizado e antenado ao universe da moda;
  • Munir o Ger. de VM – Operações e Supervisor Regional de VM com as informações do campo;
  • Entregar as metas com qualidade e no prazo (VM nas lojas);
  • Criar escala para estar presente constantemente nas lojas de sua responsabilidade;
  • Utilizar e manter todos os materiais de VM (equipamento, manequim, splash, periféricos, etc).


Requisitos e qualificações

É muito importante que você tenha e/ou saiba:

  • Ensino Superior concluído ou cursando;
  • Identificação com varejo de moda.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar finais de semana e feriados.
