Position: Medical Insurance Telesales Agent
Location: Roodeport,Johannesburg.
The Medical Insurance Telesales Agent will be responsible for selling medical insurance products to potential customers over the phone. This role requires a strong sales person with excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of medical insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting leads provided by the company to pitch and sell medical insurance products
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Explaining the features and benefits of our medical insurance policies to potential customers
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in a telesales or customer service role
