As a Consultant Media Buying , you'll oversee display, native, audio, and video campaigns for a diverse client portfolio and give it your all to make our clients even more successful in the programmatic world.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Team Manager Media Buying , your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- translate media strategy into platform-specific plans, accurately evaluating suitable placements and aligning with campaign objectives and audience targeting,
- guide clients through the digital landscape, articulating pros and cons of different buying models, inventory types, and platforms,
- independently and flawlessly set up, optimise, and troubleshoot programmatic campaigns across Display and Video in various platforms (Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Teads Ads Manager etc.),
- work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, contributing to a positive and solution-focused team culture.
As an ideal candidate, you must have the following:
- a Higher Certificate, National Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree from a recognised college or university in a relevant field like marketing, communication, business, or related field,
- have at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in programmatic media buying and ad server management, with a passion for campaign implementation and execution,
- proficient in identifying campaign-level optimisation opportunities, conducting analyses, and generating insightful reports,
- possess an independent and meticulous working style, a strong affinity for numbers and data, and exceptional attention to detail,
- experience in paid Social Media operations or the willingness to develop skills in this field is an advantageous asset,
- fluent in English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage.

- Experience in performance marketing.
- Experience in media buying.
- Experience in financial services.
- Deep understanding of digital analytics and the ability to translate it into actions to meet ROI objectives.
- Ability to draft performance reports.
- Ability to present reports and findings to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding and use of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Strong communication skills for dealing with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to interrogate when campaigns are not performing and provide insights and suggestions.
Education and Experience
- Tertiary qualification (marketing/communication) required.
- Previous digital advertising experience required (5 years minimum).
- Financial services experience (advantages).
