What You Need
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media (advantageous)
1 - 2 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
Proficiency in content creation tools: Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma
Basic video and photo-editing skills (CapCut, Lightroom, etc.)

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and business operations at InfluenConnect x Comms8. Reporting to the managers, you will support content creation, business operations, and external outreach while assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
You will work closely with different teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects, contribute to marketing initiatives, and help strengthen stakeholder relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation
- Develop and edit content for presentations, brochures, blogs, newsletters and social media platforms for both InfluenConnect and Comms8
- Conduct research and suggest creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Manage online communities, including outreaching, responding to messages and engaging with followers.
- Track and consolidate marketing channel performance reports.
- Assist with copywriting, visual design, and video/reel editing.
- Keep PowerPoint decks and company materials up to date.
- Localise content across different languages as needed.
Business Support and Project Assistance
