Your Areas of Responsibility
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs in line with service standards and within agreed timeframes
- Accurately complete job cards and parts requisitions
- Provide technical guidance to workshop staff when needed
- Attend to breakdowns as required
- Ensure compliance with OHS Act and SHEQ standards by promoting a safe, clean and well-organised work environment
Key Requirements
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic
- Work experience with Volvo trucks advantageous
- General Auto Electrical Experience
- Basic knowledge on Thermo King diesel cooling unit engines
- Computer literate
- Available for after-hours and weekend work
- Code 8 Drivers License, Code 14 with PDP advantageous
