The RSM will be responsible for:

Required:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, Sales
MBA advantage
5-8 Years OEM working experience within Automotive industry
Sales management exp within OEM required
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Proficient in sales performance management tools and CRM systems
In-depth knowledge of Automotive industry including market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities
Cross functional acumen
