The Role:

NEETRAC is looking for flexible, motivated and skilled engineering staff. This position is for an electrical engineer who will serve as a principal investigator and understudy in the medium and high voltage testing laboratories. Over time this engineer will be a principal investigator on increasingly large and complex projects for a wide variety of research and testing needs funded by our members. - Oversee daily laboratory operations including equipment calibration, chemical inventory, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all experimental work and data.
- Ensure adherence to good laboratory practices (GLP) and safety procedures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Production teams during product scale-up, troubleshooting, and batch validation.
- Work with Quality Control to ensure consistency in raw material and finished product quality.
- Partner with Regulatory and Compliance personnel to align formulations with local and international chemical regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Assist in the preparation and review of Safety Data Sheets (SDS), product labels, and technical data sheets.
- Ensure all formulations comply with applicable standards (e.g., GHS, REACH, CLP, EPA).
- Support audits and documentation for certification bodies where applicable (e.g., ISO, ecolabels).
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical formulation, preferably in cleaning, detergent, or disinfectant products.
- Strong knowledge of surfactants, solvents, preservatives, and formulation science.
- Experience in lab management and product scale-up.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GHS, REACH, CLP, local chemical regulations).
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Passion for sustainable chemistry or "green" formulation practices is a plus.

Job Purpose:
The Administrator – Product Development Team will provide high-level administrative support to the Product Development department, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations, processes, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Product Development team.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and take minutes during team sessions.
Maintain and organize department documents, reports, and records, ensuring version control and accessibility.
Operational Coordination:
Monitor and update trackers, development timelines, and process flow documents related to new product initiatives and existing product changes.

Follow up on outstanding deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across projects.
Reporting & Data:

Process Improvement:
