KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Store Placement:
- Be placed in stores according to the Philips Retail Store Base and current structure, ensuring optimal coverage and representation.
- Policy Adherence:
- Follow the policies and guidelines communicated by the store, maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.
- Weekly Meetings:
- Meet with the Regional Field Manager once a week for reports, concerns, feedback, plans, directives, and material handover such as POSM and demo ingredients.
- Weekend Activations:
- Conduct weekend activations as mandatory activities, engaging with customers and promoting Philips products.
- Execution Excellence:
- Secure the #1 position in store for all executions, ensuring optimal visibility and prominence of Philips products.
- Price Ticket Maintenance:
- Ensure daily maintenance of correct price tickets in store, both on and off promotion, to accurately reflect pricing and promotions.
- Merchandising Execution:
- Execute in-store merchandising according to Philips and Retailers' directives and/or planograms, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Relationship Building:
- Build fruitful relationships with retailers and their staff, fostering collaboration and support for Philips products.
- Professionalism:
- Adhere to a dress code supplied by Philips, presenting a professional and polished image at all times.
- Demonstrations and Engagement:
- Conduct WET/DRY demonstrations as required and aligned with key SKUs and product focus, engaging with customers to showcase product features and benefits.

- Ensure demo product maintenance and hygiene, keeping demonstration materials clean and presentable at all times.
- Event Support:
- Provide support to retailers when Philips Domestic Appliances Brand is involved with store-related events or activities, contributing to the success of promotional initiatives.

**The Segment Content Marketing and Campaigns Manager** has global responsibility for developing the segment positioning, integrated marketing strategy and associated demand generation activities for the Data Centers segment. This is a pivotol role that will work closely with commercial leaders of the segment, business units, sales and field marketing organizations to design and develop integrated marcom campaigns that help position Eaton as a thought leader and preferred partner on the most important power management challenges facing customers. This role will drive measurable and significant improvements to customer preference for Eaton and demand generation for strategic revenue-generating products (hardware, software and services) and will achieve these objectives by delivering tailored and engaging content to support customers, as well as Eaton sellers, at all stages in their buying journey. This role will leverage regional and local input in the development of the campaign strategy and work closely with field teams to drive campaign activation and optimization.
**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Differentiating Eaton with an integrated marketing strategy that build engagement and trust between Eaton and its customers in that segment across all relevant geographies.
+ Development of integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation for strategic revenue-generating offers (as defined by segment strategy teams) in the segment (hardware, software and services)
+ Developing the campaign content and audience engagement strategy, as well as GTM approach (working closely with all relevant commercial and CoE leaders)
+ Leading development of the segment message map and buyer journey maps (including definition of scenarios)

+ Overseeing the identification of all required sales enablement materials for both direct and indirect sellers so they are able to effectively convert demand generated by campaigns.
+ Accountability: Campaigns this role develops must support and be aligned to Eaton's strategic growth objectives for the segment they are responsible for supporting (rigorous standard planning process will be followed to ensure buyer needs at the center)
+ Field marketing collaboration: Essential to closely involve field marketing in every stage of the process to ensure strong alignment and regional/local relevance of all integrated campaigns, field marketing experience a plus
+ Data-informed: Build and optimize campaigns using a data-informed approach at all times
+ Agile: The Segment Content Marketing leader will act as Product Owner of a Scrum team and as such will be responsible for ensuring an agile, customer-centric working methodology adhered to in how the team operates

EMEA Marketing Manager

- Support campaign execution including campaign creation architecture, lead management, target list creation, and segmentation, and QA for campaigns, workflows, and data issues.
- Work closely with other GTM Operations teams to maintain the integrity of customer and prospect data by ensuring data cleansing, de-duping, and enrichment programs and processes are implemented and managed.
- Create documentation, training materials, and enablement presentations, as well as train GTM teams when needed.
- Assist with the onboarding of new marketing technologies and ensure they correctly function in our technology stack.
- Provide exemplary service to internal customers such as sales, marketing program managers and executives.
Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns in marketing technology systems at fast-paced B2B organizations.
- Advanced experience in marketing automation (preferably HubSpot) and Salesforce – building sophisticated operations at scale.

About The RoleWe are looking for a senior manager to join our growing Marketing Operations team to lead our campaign execution function. As a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you will be pivotal in driving strategic and operational initiatives that support campaign execution across our marketing teams (in alignment with other functions) to drive performance improvements and continuously enhance the impact of marketing on Deel’s growth.
Our ideal candidate will have full ownership over our marketing operations campaign execution – working closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to implement processes, templates, best practices, and QA that enable the Deel Marketing team to execute campaigns across owned channels and to move faster and market smarter while maintaining operational excellence.
You will report to our Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing & Operations.
What You’ll Do At Deel- Proactively own process improvements and best practices within key marketing technologies such as Hubspot, Braze, Demandbase, and Salesforce to ensure demand generation and nurture programs are running successfully and meeting our lead and conversion goals.
- Own the process for audience segmentation building within our automation and communication tools.
- Own the traffic management for outbound email and in-app marketing campaigns to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Support campaign execution including campaign creation architecture, lead management, target list creation, and segmentation, and QA for campaigns, workflows, and data issues.
- Build and execute programs within key marketing technologies, as needed, to ensure timely launch of marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with other GTM Operations teams to maintain the integrity of customer and prospect data by ensuring data cleansing, de-duping, and enrichment programs and processes are implemented and managed.
- Create documentation, training materials, and enablement presentations, as well as train GTM teams when needed.
- Assist with the onboarding of new marketing technologies and ensure they correctly function in our technology stack.
- Provide exemplary service to internal customers such as sales, marketing program managers and executives.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns in marketing technology systems at fast-paced B2B organizations.
- Advanced experience in marketing automation (preferably HubSpot) and Salesforce – building sophisticated operations at scale.
- Strong understanding of integrated B2B marketing, account-based marketing, product-led growth, marketing technology ecosystems and data infrastructure.
- Experience in supporting large scale projects involving culturally and geographically diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with implementing processes and best practices to ensure proper execution and tracking of marketing campaigns to allow analytic teams to deliver end-to-end campaign performance insights and reporting.
- Data-driven approach to marketing and ability to translate reports into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Impeccable communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote set-up.
- Growth mindset with inherent curiosity and personal drive, ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-paced global environment.

What You Bring
3+ years of experience in content-driven marketing roles with lifecycle or campaign ownership

Familiarity with HubSpot or HighLevel for launching and tracking campaigns
Proficiency with Canva/Figma, CapCut or Adobe, and Sheets for reporting
Experience managing editorial calendars and junior marketers or freelancers
Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
