Transform visionary ideas into actionable plans with clear timelines, owners, and deliverables. Partner with sales and other teams to ensure aligned execution across channels and collateral. Marketing Funnel Management Build and optimize campaigns across the entire funnel, from awareness to conversion. Analyze funnel performance, identify weaknesses, and adjust campaigns to maximize impact. Create key assets such as nurture sequences, landing page briefs, lead generation tools, and sales enablement materials. Quality Control & Brand Consistency Review all marketing outputs (copy, visuals, design) to maintain high standards. Ensure consistent messaging and branding tailored to professional optometric audiences. AI-Enhanced Workflows & Team Management Integrate AI tools (Chat GPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate content and campaign execution. Lead and mentor 3 internal team members while managing a network of freelancers and contractors. Build scalable systems and repeatable processes for increased efficiency. Marketing Operations & Cross-Team Delivery Maintain campaign momentum with precise task management, deadline tracking, and team accountability. Collaborate across creative, tech, content, and sales teams to eliminate bottlenecks and drive outcomes. Use tools like Notion, Airtable, and Slack to create visibility and streamline operations. Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years in marketing program management, growth marketing, or campaign operations (experience in startups or fast-paced environments preferred). Strong marketing instincts and the ability to evaluate creative output for quality and impact. Proven success running multi-channel campaigns, including email, content, paid, and web assets. Deep knowledge of funnels, lead generation strategies, and conversion optimization. Ability to lead launches independently with urgency and polish. Role Overview: Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a driven, creative, and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that will expand our reach, elevate our brand, and drive sales conversions. This role will focus on optimizing our digital presence across SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, utilizing data-driven insights to refine campaigns and maximize performance.

The ideal person is well versed in all major digital marketing channels, highly driven, and thrives on challenge.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Define KPIs for SEO success, including traffic, impressions, clicks, and conversion rates.

  • Create and maintain an SEO checklist of high-impact tasks to improve ranking and authority.

  • Develop content consolidation and keyword optimization plans to eliminate cannibalization and boost rankings.

  • Implement URL cleanup strategies and monitor recent Google AI updates to maintain ranking.

  • Use tools like GA4 to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.

Content Marketing & Social Media

  • Plan and execute a content strategy across blogs, social media, and website pages that aligns with SEO and brand goals.

  • Build out content campaigns that tell Talent Sam’s story and attract qualified leads.

PPC and Paid Social Campaigns

  • Develop and manage PPC and paid social campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact search terms.

  • Implement A/B testing to determine high-performing ad copy, landing pages, and other elements.

  • Optimize "buy intent" pages to increase organic ranking and conversion rates.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.

  • Use data insights to improve strategy, refine campaigns, and enhance user experience.

Client and Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

  • Build relationships with media, industry influencers, and strategic partners to amplify reach.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and social media.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Proficient in SEO and PPC tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).

  • Exceptional project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy and Execution (60%)

  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page SEO optimisation
  • Oversee technical SEO audits and provide actionable insights to improve website performance
