: 6–8 years' experience in performance, digital, or growth B2C marketing, with a proven track record of scaling lead generation and optimising customer acquisition - Channel Expertise
: Hands-on management of at least two major performance channel (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Display etc.) - Strategy & Execution
: Proven ability to plan, implement, and optimise customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels - Analytics & Data
: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and translate insights into actionable improvements - Conversion Knowledge
: Deep understanding of how content, messaging, and creative drive conversions - Communication
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Languages
: Fluency in English, Afrikaans would be desirable - AI & Automation:
Experience using AI-driven tools to improve workflows, generate insights, and optimise campaigns - Technology:

Working Structure
