Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
- Liaise with 3 rd party advertisers to manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and other relevant platforms
- Plan, create and schedule email campaigns, newsletter and automations using platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise for open rates, CTR and conversions
- Create and manage a promotional calendar aligned with product drops, sales events and seasonal campaigns
- Work closely with the design, merchandising, finance and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives and efforts
- Research, outreaxh and manage collaborations with influencers and stylists aligned with the brand
- Coordinate and develop assets needed for campaigns across all platforms
- Stay current with trends in digital marketing, fashion and pop culture to maximise brand outreach
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager etc to track KPIs and campaign ROI
Digital Marketing Specialist Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within fashion or lifestyle
- Strong grasp of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and email marketing platforms
- Excellent understanding of influencer marketing and online community building
- Ability to analyse data and draw insights to optimize performance
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Manage SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and monitoring results.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including blogs, email campaigns, social media, and websites.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee social media marketing strategies, including creating content calendars and scheduling posts.
- Manage PPC campaigns and optimize for conversion rates while keeping track of budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and sales to ensure cohesive branding.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing roles.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficient with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus but not essential.
- Strong familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
