Qualifications and Experience
- Post graduate qualification (Honours/ MBA/ Postgraduates), with a BCom in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Post graduate qualification in Advertising or Marketing preferred.
- Agency experience - client facing
- 6+ years in a commercial marketing role in retail, luxury, or eCommerce, whether in Retail or Agency.
- 3+ years at leadership level.
- Experience driving international growth
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence executive stakeholders, and deliver measurable business results.
- Strong hands-on experience with digital performance marketing, customer acquisition, CRM and CDP, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a long term marketing strategy focused on global brand awareness, cross channel sales growth, and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain the marketing calendar with proactive monthly plans that flex based on trading performance, demand patterns, and business priorities—ensuring agility to respond to seasonal trends, inventory shifts, and campaign needs.
- Align promotional campaigns, product launches, and performance marketing efforts with commercial rhythms and sales targets. Partner with Merchandise teams on launch and other product driven strategies.
- Integrate and optimise paid media, CRM, and digital performance channels to scale customer engagement and improve customer lifetime value.
