Position:Marketing Director
Working Schedule:8am-5pm EST
Salary Range:$3000-$500 USD Monthly (final salary depends on experience and client discretion)
About Us:Our business has two divisions: commercial real estate services (brokerage, leasing, property management) and real estate private equity. We find compelling real estate deals, syndicate them by bringing in investors, and seek to grow our investor base and deal portfolio. We need a marketing manager with a hybrid role in marketing and investor relations to support our growth.
Job Summary:We are seeking a full-time remote Marketing Director to lead marketing strategies for equity raises, project marketing, investor relations, and brand development. The ideal candidate will have strategic vision and hands-on skills to elevate our brand and increase engagement with investors, partners, and end-users.
Responsibilities include:- Equity Raise Marketing: Design offering memorandums and investor decks
- Project Marketing: Manage branding, marketing, leasing, and sales efforts for development projects
- Investor Relations: Communicate and engage with existing investors
- Digital & Branding: Oversee website, signage, and advertising for properties
- Lead Generation: Run campaigns to attract investors and project buyers
Experience in real estate private equity, investment sales, or real estate development marketing with skills in branding, digital marketing, and investor communication.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Equity Raise & Investment Marketing- Create offering memorandums, pitch decks, and investor presentations
- Develop email, direct mail, and digital campaigns for high-net-worth individuals and partners
- Maintain investor portals, pitch materials, and data rooms
- Develop branding and go-to-market strategies for new projects (e.g., RV parks, housing developments)
- Manage website content, digital ads, signage, and collateral for leasing and sales
- Ensure consistent branding across all assets
- Manage website development, SEO, and online presence
- Oversee social media, direct mail, and email campaigns
- Create project-specific landing pages and lead funnels
- Manage investor gifts, quarterly updates, newsletters, and events
- Create investor presentations and engagement materials
- Develop strategies for investor retention and referrals
