To execute the company brand strategy through implementing various brand programs and events and understanding, translating and monitoring the brand policy. To provide assistance with the coordination of the national marketing activities according to the annual marketing plan. Support donor insights and research functions.

Key Performance Areas

KPA 1: Brand Plan Prepared For SANBS Incorporating The Brand Needs As Identified In The Strategy

  1. Prepare a brand and visual plan and time-table of events for the department in conjunction with the Marketing and Brand Manager and Senior Manager: Marketing Communication and Brand. Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and submit motivations to the Marketing and Brand Manager.
  2. Promoting the brand image of SANBS by planning and implementing corporate SANBS promotional, brand, and product events and exhibitions to strengthen SANBS’ brand identity.

KPA 2: Maintain Brand Integrity for SANBS

  1. Facilitate the conducting of brand audits, identify trends, recommend corrective measures to enhance the brand and follow up and report on implementation.
  2. Act as a link between SANBS and external vendors to ensure brand integrity.
  3. Maintain and update the brand manual and distribute it to all stakeholders.
  4. Implement and maintain visual and perception branding according to parameters set in the branding manual and research results.
  5. Monitor all branded intents (e.g. signage, marketing posters and pamphlets) to ensure they are up to date in accordance with corporate branding – reporting on deviations so that corrective action can be taken.
  6. Coordinate the national marketing activities according to the annual marketing plan.

KPA 3: Support donor insights and research functions

  1. Assist and support with the development of brand and customer satisfaction surveys (Brand Tracker, Net Promoter score surveys) to assess the perceptions and needs of donors and understanding of the products and services and distribute intelligence gathered to relevant internal stakeholders.
  2. To execute the company brand strategy through implementing various brand programmes and events and understanding, translating and monitoring the brand policy.

Role overview

Kuda is looking for an experienced Data Analyst who can mine attribution, engagement and behavioural data to establish valuable insights and ensure we make data-driven decisions around acquisition efforts, as well as product and channel experiments. Our Data Analysts help solve complex problems and ensure we only focus on the highest ROI growth tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Support our cross-functional team with end-to-end analyses on key marketing initiatives.
  • Understand our business drivers and KPIs in order to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Use data (across ad partners, CRM platforms and internal data sources) to understand our customers better as well as identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, referral and revenue.
  • Produce automated tools and dashboards to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key growth metrics and experiment results.
  • Build and maintain growth-owned data models.
  • Support integration and completeness between our growth analytics stack and the central data ecosystem.
  • Develop, own and champion how we leverage data from our growth analytics stack.
  • Work closely with the growth marketing team to evaluate and improve marketing campaigns, including optimising paid ad campaigns, defining metrics, and setting targets.
  • Work with the life-cycle marketing team to support customer segmentation and ensure data underpins performance analysis.
  • Support all A/B testing efforts and champion experimentation best practices across the growth team by consistently providing clean and accurate data.
  • Support the team to navigate the evolving privacy changes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of working experience as a digital marketing or growth data analyst.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app technologies (CDP, Attribution, CRM)
  • Possess strong knowledge of mobile app growth metrics (LTV, CR%, Churn)
  • Have development experience with Business Intelligence tools like Looker
  • High proficiency in SQL, experience with data modelling.

We are excited to offer a new role in the UK marketing division - Senior Online Data Marketing Executive - based in WC, located in the area of Claremont, Cape Town. Role Overview As a Senior Online Data Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting Rentokil Initial's businesses by creating and optimising digital content for SEO growth. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Digital Leads and Businesses in maintaining a strong monthly blog strategy and ensuring timely delivery of content that aligns with SEO best practices and brand tones. Additionally, you will improve on-page content based on Content Audits and collaborate closely with the digital team to enhance SEO visibility. Key Responsibilities Content Creation and Optimisation: Develop content strategies with Digital Leads for each business. Create and manage blog briefs for external and internal content creation, ensuring clarity and timeliness. Optimize content for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords through keyword research and analysis. Ensure content adheres to brand voice and guidelines. Word Press Management: Proficiently manage content creation, formatting, and publishing on Word Press. Manage blog categorisation, tagging, and metadata for SEO. Coordinate with web development teams to troubleshoot technical issues. Project Management and Campaigns: Prioritize and schedule content tasks, managing multiple projects effectively. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment. Ensure content production meets deadlines and objectives. Landing Pages for Nurture Campaigns: Collaborate with Email Marketing to develop compelling landing page content. Utilize customer segmentation and buyer personas for personalised content. Ensure landing pages are visually appealing and optimised for conversions. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, SEO techniques, and content strategies. Make data-driven recommendations for content optimisation. Contribute to digital marketing strategy development. Skills and Qualifications Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in Word Press CMS. Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimisation. Experience in project management and content coordination. Ability to craft engaging landing page content for nurture journeys. Adaptability in writing style and tone across brands. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Creative thinking and organisational skills. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
