Het Traineeship in een notendopMaand 1 : Je start met een intensieve Crash Course introductie. We nemen je mee in Digital Advertising, SEO & Data en laten zien hoe data en AI een rol spelen in moderne digital marketing.
Maand 2 t/m 4 : Je duikt de diepte in met deep dives in kanalen zoals SEO, SEA, Social en Display. Afhankelijk van je interesses kun je je specialiseren in kanaalsturing of in hoe je data en AI inzet voor betere resultaten, denk aan: incrementaliteitsmeting, AI-optimalisatie of data-gedreven beslissingen.
Vanaf maand 5 : Je draait volledig mee in het team en volgt trainingen via de Springbok Academy. Daar ontwikkel je soft skills zoals presenteren, plannen en adviseren.
Na 7 maanden: Ben je uitgegroeid tot een volwaardig Junior Digital Marketing Consultant, klaar om je specialisatie verder uit te bouwen of dat nu SEA, SEO, data-analyse of AI is.
