As one of the largest SAP Cloud People Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is recruiting aLead of Marketing Communication and Automation, contributing to a High Growth VAR and Services business across EMEA, focusing on Brand and Communication, Performance Marketing (Lead Generation activities and Target Account Marketing), and Partner Marketing programs.
Reporting to the Head of Global Sales & Marketing, this position is open for candidates based in EMEA and available to working remotely.
Objectives:
- Support the acceleration of the international go-to-market across multiple HR digital solutions and services by significantly growing the pipeline of opportunities
- Provide the infrastructure for land & expand approach on all key accounts
- Maximize the ratio revenue / marketing spent
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves strategic and operational activities, including but not limited:
- Digital campaigns on social networks including LinkedIn and Facebook
- Sourcing activities for new contacts on specific accounts or roles
- Online and on-premise seminars design and operations
- Development of the customer case studies for reference
- Reporting on Marketing activities progress and outcomes
- Management of the Marketing cost center with initiative ROI
Job Requirements:
Rapid success in this key role requires high level or advanced skills including but not limited:
- A good understanding of the HR Tech categories and major players (ISV and Services)
- Experience with Digital Marketing, with a good understanding of the technology capabilities: Google / LinkedIn, Salesforce
- Webinar tools: Go To meeting or similar
- Native English level – a must
- French, German, and Hebrew would be a significant plus
