Job Description

  • All tools to perform daily tasks. Eg. Laptop, cellphone

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategies
  • Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and shows
  • Assisting with communication and administrative duties among different internal departments
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
  • Assisting with the distribution of company marketing materials
  • Monitoring all social platforms for trending topics, feedback, and opportunities
  • Maintain database of contacts
  • Monitor project related platforms to provide leads to the projects team
  • Monitor product compliance.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in a marketing role
  • Graphic design skills
  • Experience in the electro technical environment
  • BCom Degree (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of marketing principles
  • Basic understanding of economics
  • Must have mid level proficiency in Excel
  • Proficient in MS Office E.g. Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proofreading and editing abilities (an exceptional command of grammar)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box
