The main purpose of the Account Manager is to manage their assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales.

This includes managing, overseeing, and taking charge of the client-agency relationship for all the clients that have been assigned to you. The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Account Managers, the Account Managers’ Leads, and the Service Director while working collaboratively with other departments.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the needs and expectations of your assigned clients are managed and met
  • Working to improve the results from email marketing for your assigned clients
  • Collaborating with team members to respond to client requests promptly
  • Working alongside a team of experienced marketing professionals productively and harmoniously to ensure that the highest quality marketing campaigns are delivered to our clients
  • Continuously staying in contact with your assigned clients, including leading and attending regular meetings with your clients
  • Collecting and analyzing data to understand the consumers’ demographics and trends to forward the clients' marketing agenda and drive better results, setting new goals weekly
  • Regularly reporting on the performance of the email marketing campaigns for your assigned clients, including reporting on aspects like revenue from email marketing, best-performing campaigns, results from A/B testing, and the measures taken to improve and optimize client revenue
  • Working with the Service Department to maintain high work standards and ensuring that the set targets for your assigned clients are met in terms of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Keeping a tight grip on client churn (especially for your assigned clients), and implementing strategies to prevent clients from leaving the company, with the assistance of the Service Director
  • Troubleshooting and assisting with any issues related to clients’ satisfaction and the performance of marketing campaigns as developed and executed by our team
  • Being able to effectively and productively work with any type of client with minimal supervision
  • Working on various tasks as part of the team of Account Managers
  • Participating in the Account Managers’ group calls
  • Participating in the training and skill-building sessions for Account Managers within the Service Department to improve their skills, performance, and overall expertise
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new services and products offered by Hustler Marketing
  • Continuously working to identify new opportunities to expand services offered to clients through regular communication and relationship building
  • Using data analysis techniques to create targeted campaigns for upselling our services to our client segments, and to present these service offers to clients in a compelling manner
  • Continuously working to discover industry-wide best practices and standards and present your findings to the Account Managers’ Lead, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director
  • Being available to assist with all internal service-related needs from other departments
  • Directly reporting to the Account Managers’ Leads, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director (in that structural order)
Positions Specs:
  • Full-time commitment while meeting our general availability for office hours
  • An average of 140 tracked hours per month consistently
  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD
  • Receive contractor status after signing our non-disclosure agreement

  • Committing to a 30-day notice period after the first two months (with the first two months being the trial-and-adaptation period paid at full rate)

About You: Profile:

The ideal candidate must be someone with extensive working experience in managing client accounts effectively, as well as experience in email marketing. Such experience should include managing a team consisting of marketing professionals (such as Account Managers’ Associates, Designers, Copywriters, and other team members) to deliver marketing campaigns that are focused on driving sales.

The Account Manager must be able to act swiftly upon receiving urgent requests from clients and must be able to work consistently with high levels of accountability.

The right person will be professional and also have considerable leadership and managerial experience, as well as strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. Having been an Account Manager before, or having any agency experience is a great advantage.

Familiarity with various tools such as Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite is a must for this role. The candidate should also feel comfortable working in a remote environment. Availability, accountability, professionalism, responsiveness, and consistency are highly important factors for us, so the Account Manager should display these qualities when it comes to workload commitments and general availability during office hours.

Key Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of experience working in a digital marketing role, together with at least 6 months of working experience in an email marketing field (Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with remote teams and team members from different countries or have any account management or agency experience)

Team Management & Development

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement professional development plans for team members.
  • Establish clear communication and collaboration processes between teams.

Client & Campaign Management

  • Ensure marketing campaigns align with client goals and objectives, are data-driven, and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Oversee client strategies working closely with account managers to ensure marketing activities meet client goals and objectives.
  • Review and approve high-priority campaigns, creatives, and messaging to maintain high-quality standards.

Budget & Performance Optimisation

  • Oversee marketing budgets across SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing management.

What We’re Looking For:

The Analyst, Marketing Strategy and Analysis is responsible for supporting digital marketing budget management and performance reporting across 2U’s online programs. The role focuses on optimizing paid marketing tactics (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Partnerships) and generating actionable insights to improve program health.   • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics for assigned programs.
  • Identify trends, troubleshoot underperformance, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Support segmentation analysis to understand audience behavior and program dynamics.
  • Assist in the development and interpretation of A/B testing and performance experiments.
  • Use data tools such as Excel, SQL, or visualization platforms (Tableau preferred) to deliver actionable reports.

Planning and Execution:

  • Manages monthly marketing plans and campaign spend across selected programs.
  • Track budgets and contribute to projections of marketing ROI.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns.
  • Proactively recommend budget reallocations based on real-time data.

Project Management:

  • Participate in new program launches and ongoing marketing projects.
  • Coordinate timelines, gather inputs, and ensure data readiness for projects.
  • Provide analytical support for cross-team initiatives tied to program success.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree (from a business, economics, or math related field is a plus)
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or relevant business using data to solve problems
  • Has a working knowledge of Excel, and some previous exposure to SQL or other databases
  • Experience working with media engines, such as Adwords, web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

The Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy and Analysis is responsible for the monthly digital marketing budget and projected return on investment across a portfolio of online executive education programs. The Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy and Analysis will be directly responsible for managing a portfolio of paid tactics (Facebook, LinkedIn, Search, etc.) across programs with high complexity and revenue impact for the business. This role has ownership of day-to-day optimizing of the health of programs within purview against KPI’s and is responsible for accurate management of spend.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Analysis:

  • Actively manages the marketing spend of online short courses within the executive education business line
  • Accountable for proactively problem solving on key program/vertical challenges
  • Uses strong understanding of program audience segmentation to drive growth
  • Actively identifies and executes testing with clear hypothesis and learning agenda
  • Uses statistics and analytical methods to strategically approach programs within scope

Planning and Execution:

  • Owns program budget and marketing tactic management for high-impact programs/verticals
  • Creates and soundly articulates monthly marketing plan to leadership featuring both short-term and long-term strategic thinking
  • Soundly speculates upon projected conversion of paid tactics and likely ROI of marketing spend for programs/verticals within scope
  • Identifies and executes upon strong/weak spend opportunities with limited direction from management
  • Dynamically and impactfully updates marketing plan using real-time data

Project Management:

  • Responsible for successful and timely completion of both BAU and high-impact projects including new program launches through collaboration with Manager
  • Go-to owner of 2 or more business-critical projects
  • Influences other teams to deliver projects critical to program growth or health

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree (from a business, economics, or math related field is a plus)
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or relevant business using data to solve problems
  • Working knowledge of Excel, and some previous exposure to SQL or other databases
  • Experience working with media engines, such as Adwords, web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau preferred.
  • Looking for the opportunity to set business strategy
  • Keen interest in digital marketing (prior experience a plus, but not required)
  • Adept at problem solving and can balance creativity with analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic and doesn’t accept complacency
  • Demonstrates proactive thinking – always seeking ways to do something better
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized and evaluate priorities on an ongoing basis
