We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Management Associate to support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. What You’ll Do

Role

You’ll support a Brand Manager on the day-to-day execution of a fast-growing brand. This role touches operations, marketing, and customer experience. Your work may include:

Operations & Inventory

  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and 3PLs
  • Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts Project Management
  • Assist with task management and internal team coordination
  • Help plan product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives

Marketing Support

  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
  • Draft social media posts, email content, or creative briefs
  • Help QA landing pages, ads, and website updates

Customer Experience

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - you communicate clearly and proactively, especially in writing.
  • Attention to detail - You double-check your work and notice the little things that others might miss.
  • Highly organized and proactive - you love checklists, systems, and keeping projects on track.
  • E-commerce experience is a plus - especially if you’ve worked with Shopify, Amazon, or consumer brands.
