Strategy and Performance

- Monitor changes and keep abreast of changes in the organization's products and/or services.
- Support and facilitate, where required, training and communication regarding quality and provide insights and understanding of regional/cultural nuances and requirements.
- Reporting:
- Responsible for generating and presenting of an ongoing country performance review to the Regional Head of Markets and other business stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring that reporting across all product verticals and platforms is accurate and consistent for your region/target market.
- Implement efficient internal reporting processes between departments to ensure good flow of necessary information and results across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure that all player lifecycle interventions and promotions are effectively executed for your region/target market.

Stakeholder Relationships and Communication
- Keep the business, e.g. HRBP's, Service Managers, Operations Managers and Head of Retention Marketing, abreast of customer service feedback, trends, issues and opportunities on a frequent basis.
- Develop close working relationships with all key stakeholders, i.e. Compliance, Operations Managers, Retention Services, Acquisition, etc. across the business.
- Leading collaboration with key stakeholders to align on methodology, systems, processes.

The 180 Recruiter position
We're seeking an energetic and positive Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will drive outreach to US companies recruiting for senior positions, utilizing consultative skills to develop new client relationships.
Note: We operate on South African time, with evening calls often extending until 9 or 10 PM. Daytime hours are flexibly arranged to accommodate this schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target companies posting senior positions aligned with our service offerings
- Initiate contact via email and LinkedIn
- Conduct high-level sales calls with decision-makers, demonstrating our value proposition
- Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM system
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Purpose of the Role
The Business Development & Engagement Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities while building strong client relationships in a call center environment. The role focuses on sales growth, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships, ensuring revenue targets are met while enhancing the call center's reputation and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in line with company growth objectives.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives that promote the call center's services and strengthen client partnerships.
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, HR, and Marketing teams to ensure successful execution of sales and engagement strategies.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business and strengthen existing accounts.
- Monitor call center sales performance, analyzing pipeline conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and revenue trends.
- Report regularly to senior management and Exco on business development progress, engagement initiatives, and key development areas.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, partnerships, and value-added services to grow client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within a call center/BPO environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and corporate relationship management.
- Knowledge of call center sales processes, lead generation, and client onboarding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Support the acquisition of new clients by preparing pitches, managing RFPs, and drafting proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders (e.g., Trustees, Asset Managers).

- A minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience, with excellent English writing and editing skills.
