Required outputs: functional
- Partner with R&D and design teams to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and efficient assembly.
- Lead the industrialization of new products, from prototyping through to production readiness and release.

- Verify and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP against Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs).

- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing tools and ensure competitive product costing; improved efficiencies, including determining the EOQs (Economic Order Quantities)
- Facilitate the development of assembly instructions, testing procedures, process flows, PFMEAs, and control plans in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the industrialization of test equipment and collaborate on test system design and validation.
Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities (e.g., 8D, A3) to improve quality and reduce waste.
