Professional Qualifications:

  • Registration as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner with EAPASA;
  • Registration with SACNASP or equivalent is an added advantage.

This role will be central to transforming and synchronising our planning, costing, budgeting, and forecasting processes, delivering real strategic value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery :

Lead full-cycle OneStream implementations, from design through deployment.

Translate complex business requirements into practical, high-performing OneStream solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

System Support & Performance :

Maintain and optimise OneStream performance.

Ensure smooth month-end and year-end processes, including timely data loads and reconciliations.

Troubleshoot technical issues and oversee system upgrades and enhancements.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Work closely with GMA and other business units to understand needs and propose effective solutions.

Deliver training, documentation, and user support for OneStream adoption.

Project Management :

Oversee timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, quality outcomes.

Mentorship & Guidance :

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA or CIMA required; CA(SA) advantageous).

OneStream Functional Certification and SAP Finance Certification.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Minimum 5 years ‘ hands-on experience with OneStream, including :

Designing Planning and Financial Close / Consolidation models.

Building multi-dimensional cubes, integrations, and automations (APIs).

Developing metadata, workflows, complex rules, data models, forms, cube views, dashboards, and security profiles.

Strong functional knowledge of finance processes, including consolidation, budgeting / forecasting, revenue modelling, and cost / profit allocations.

Proven track record in project management, system optimisation, and stakeholder communication.

Experience with SAP S4 / HANA and SAP BW is highly desirable.

We are seeking a Lead Technical Consultant / Senior IT Engineer with expertise in Infrastructure and Product Implementation. This role involves client-facing projects and BAU support, including 4th line support for Windows Server 2019+, O365/Azure, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, and Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure. The position is office-based.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Infrastructure and Product Implementation, with the ability to mentor a team and act as a technical escalation point.
