About the RoleWe are seeking skilled Maintenance Professionals with strong experience in a production environment (food packaging, production lines, mining, high-tech or similar). This opportunity offers the chance to work with cutting-edge machinery and develop your career internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all-round mechanical and electrical maintenance on production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures efficiently.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Work with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, relays, and frequency switches.
- Assist with welding (stainless steel / Alu) and light fabrication where required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives on production lines.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
- Participate in shift-based operations and be available for overtime where needed.
- RED SEAL Trade Test, N5 or N6 Millwright / Industrial Electrician.
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English (essential, due to transition into Dutch).
- 2–4 years’ relevant experience in mechanical & electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting in high-volume production environments.
- Exposure to Siemens PLC systems is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence and passport.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Salary : ± €4,100 gross / month.
- 25 paid holidays + potential ADV days.
- 8.33% holiday allowance (paid in May annually).
- Overtime & shift allowance paid separately.
- Relocation support provided.
