JOB TITLE: Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology

Objectives

The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing the business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and institutions that specialize in the area of medical dermatology. The Territory Manager will be required to demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing territory business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives. Responsibilities include coordination and integration with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field based employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to effectively drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area and geography.

Required

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen
  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt and deliver results
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred

  • 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
  • 3+ years medical dermatology sales experience
  • Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment
  • Experience promoting high-science products
  • Product launch experience
  • Experience selling in a highly competitive environment

  • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

The Opportunity:

  • Project Management Professional Certification is an asset
  • Advanced experience in Contract Negotiation both internal and External at CxO level
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the entire sales process, contracting process and legal implications of a dealtotaling at least $2 million in annual fees
  • Selling of Enterprise Software and Services associated (Solution Selling)/Commercial business case modelling- essentially a deal architect
  • Experience in Cloud and associated Hyperscalers
  • They will need to demonstrate an impressive track record of services solutions to large enterprise accounts
