KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Create and Update process improvement training and coaching, mentoring and shadowing programs.
- Delivery process improvement training to employees and additional soft skills training session to help develop employees at all levels of the business.
- Evaluate and ensure effective delivery of process training and coaching and mentoring programs.
- Organize Training Champions, Coaches and Mentor to support new employees and monitor their performance and organize initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies in warehouse.
- Partner with and support internal and external stakeholders to deliver training that improves efficiencies within warehousing operation.
- Foster, promote and contribute to a positive team environment throughout the warehouse
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- NQF Level credits on level 8 framework) Qualification in Training & Higher Education / Industrial Psychology / ETDP (Education Training and Development Practices) or related
- Good understanding of effective learning and training content development methods.
- Min. 2 years of experience in delivering classroom training to employees at different levels
- Shop Floor/ Dojo training experience preferable.
- Must have experience working within warehousing and operations.
- Supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics/ manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Complex calculations on planning and resources allocation.
- Insight & expertise to do trouble shooting and problem solving.
