As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take charge of our operations and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

You'll basically manage everything that gets our products made and shipped, from start to finish. This operations job needs someone really organized, analytical and a problem solver to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently as we get bigger.

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain: sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.
• Forecast demand and align inventory with sales projections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners for on-time, quality delivery.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock.
• Collaborate with product development, finance, and marketing on launches and campaigns.
• Oversee cost-effective and timely domestic and international logistics and fulfillment.
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks through continuous improvement.
• Analyse supply chain data and KPIs to drive decisions and performance.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance across the supply chain.
• Manage supply chain risk via contingency planning and vendor diversification.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years in supply chain, operations, or logistics, ideally in consumer goods, health, or wellness.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and vendors.
• Analytical with proficiency in supply chain data, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Proven problem-solver with a track record of implementing efficient solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Tech-savvy with ERP, inventory software, and Excel (or similar).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in planning and execution.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with various internal teams.
• Adaptable and driven to improve in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in supplements, e-commerce, or subscription businesses is a plus.
• Familiarity with international logistics and customs is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• R600k - R720k per year (negotiable based on experience)
• 16 Annual leave + South African Public Holidays
