Decision-making is collaborative, following established company policies meticulously. We are a retail store located in the Table View area in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:- Support daily operations; including opening and closing of the store
- Provide expert advice on product selection
- Build lasting relationships for business growth
- Train and develop staff for excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and implement effective merchandising
- Process orders in a timely manner
- Recommend improvements to enhance customer service and product offerings
- Possess profound knowledge of spirits and wines
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
- Maintain a customer-oriented approach
- Previous retail experience within a similar role is required
- Retail: 3 years (Required)
- Liquor Store Management: 2 years (Required)
