Specific Role Responsibilities

Systems Resilience : Ensure that cloud environments are secure and backed up by ensuring that regular backups are made and are tested. Participate in yearly BCP & DR tests. Ensure that cloud management is in line with company requirements and departmental policy for resilience and availability. Document and keep solution design, business continuity plans and standard operating procedure documents up to date.

Training : Develop professional and technical knowledge and skills. Provide technical advice and mentoring within the team.

Project Work : Implement new projects to meet project timelines. Work in a matrix structure with multi-national teams.

Budget : Recommend changes that could reduce costs in your areas of responsibility.

About the Role:
We're looking for someone with solid general accounting skills but who is also comfortable operating in a sales operations capacity. This is a hybrid role that bridges finance and sales processes, supporting the flow from customer contracts all the way to billing and accounts receivable.

Fully remote. USA Business hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process customer contracts, ensuring key details are captured accurately in Salesforce.

  • Set up new orders in Salesforce and coordinate with billing once orders are complete.

  • Support billing operations as needed (prior billing or invoicing experience is a plus).

  • Enter billing cases in Salesforce, ensuring they are ready to be invoiced.

  • Manage AR tasks for a small set of customers, assisting with collections and account management.

  • Support the revenue accounting process when needed (experience here is a nice-to-have but not a must).

  • Be the liaison between Sales, Finance, and Billing to ensure smooth hand-offs and data accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

  • General accounting background (you know your way around invoices, AR, and order set-up, but you're not stuck in the GL all day).

  • Experience working in Salesforce (or similar CRM system) is essential.

  • Previous experience in a Sales Ops or Order-to-Cash support role is highly valued.

  • Exposure to revenue accounting processes is a plus.

  • Someone who thrives in a cross-functional, detail-heavy environment.

  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
