About The Role
Based in Worcester and reporting to the Legal Support Manager you will provide in-depth business support to the Partners and fee earners within the team. We have seen a history of success from those that join our high performing Commercial Team in this position, and look to support another individual with their career prospects.
Responsibilities of a Legal Support Assistant include:
• Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms.
• Being a first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the teams needs where possible.
• Supporting the file opening process for the team.
• Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
• Proactive diary management for any allocated fee earners.
About You
As a Legal Support Assistant you will have:
• Sound knowledge of IT systems including fullMicrosoft Office suite and Teams.
• Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Experience in a client facing environment would be advantageous.
