Job purpose
The incumbent shall join the Legal Team to provide professional administrative support to the Legal Team within the Group.
Key responsibilities
Characteristics Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the vetting of basic commercial legal contracts and legal research.
- Maintain administrative registers and trackers in excel spreadsheets for the Legal Team.
- Manage the records of the Legal Team by filing documents both in electronic and paper format.
