About The Role
Based in our Worcester HQ and reporting to the Legal Support Manager, we are seeking a proactive, highly organised Administrator with excellent attention to detail to play a key role in our Commercial Property team. This is a pivotal position within our support staff, providing comprehensive administrative and business support to Partners, fee earners and the support team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Undertaking routine administrative tasks for the team. Manage the full file opening and closing process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Supporting the archiving process, liaising with the Operations team.
- Distribution of the post and scanning and photocopying as necessary.
- Assisting with audio digital dictation as and when required.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a professional environment (preferred).
- Experience in a client-facing role and a professional manner.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Teams, and Zoom.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team.
