We are looking for a Finance Lead Analyst to join our Finance team in South Africa on a 6 months fixed term contract.
What you will do:
- Ensure that Stryker's Compliance and Ethics program is followed at all times and that there is strict adherence to the Code of Conduct in all interactions
- Support in providing regular feedback on the performance of cost centers and allocated business units
- Collaborate with the Poland Finance Center and Inventory COE in the analysis of month end close with adherence to reporting deadlines including pre-flash calls
- Review & reconciliation of weekly sales reports
- Responsible for CER preparations
- Responsible for preparation of the margin and volume analysis of sales for allocated business units
- Preparation of quarterly forecasts & annual budgets for all cost centers/ business units, sales, margins and full PL
- Provide guidance to junior team members on monthly activities and requests from the business
- Preparation of monthly cost center reporting to the business (BU P/L)
- Close collaboration with the operations and Inventory COE teams to drive inventory analysis and reduction in wastage
- Perform ad hoc requests and queries as requested by Management, the business, regional and corporate team
- Proactively perform tasks and create reports to assist Management, the business, regional and corporate team
- Support with internal controls relating to FP&A
- Development of dashboards to provide to management and the business to assist with cost savings opportunities and drive these through the business
- Facilitate sales meetings and provide information to the regional team
- Quarterly reporting schedule review
- Support financial audit where applicable
What you need:
Required
- Degree in Accounting, Management Accounting and/or Finance
- 3+ years' experience in similar position
Preferred

- Experience in cost accounting is advantageous

The Role:
The IAM & PAM Lead Analyst is a key position within the Information Security function, responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of Apex's Identity & Privileged Access Management (IAM & PAM) frameworks. This role covers both user identity lifecycle and privileged access governance across the organization. It will report directly to the Identity & Privileged Access Manager and work closely with global stakeholders in IT, Security, Risk, and Compliance.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Lead operational IAM activities, including joiner-mover-leaver processes, access provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and periodic access reviews.
- Collaborate with IT and HR systems to ensure alignment and automation of identity lifecycle workflows.
- Participate in IAM governance efforts and help design access policies and controls for both enterprise and cloud applications.
- Support continuous improvement and maturity of IAM processes and tools.
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Oversee the privileged access lifecycle for critical systems, including administration of Apex's enterprise PAM solution (CyberArk).
- Drive the global implementation and optimisation of PAM tools, controls, and automation.
- Maintain the integrity of privileged access processes including provisioning, session monitoring, credential management, and access certifications.
- Identify, assess, and remediate risks associated with privileged access.
- Lead audits and compliance reviews related to privileged and elevated access.
- Create and maintain PAM policies, standards, and operational documentation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to regional teams and end-users on PAM best practices.
Experience and Knowledge:
- 5–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management.
- Deep understanding of IAM/PAM principles, role-based access control, authentication methods, and zero-trust architecture.
- Demonstrated expertise with CyberArk.
- Experience leading PAM deployments in large, complex environments.
- Strong familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and cloud access management.
- Experience in the financial services or highly regulated industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working across IT, InfoSec, and business teams.
- High attention to detail, well-organised, and effective at managing competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth research using reputable media, government, and regulatory sources to maintain accurate risk profiles in LSEG applications.
- Apply open-source intelligence (OSINT) techniques to gather and verify information on individuals and entities.
- Analyze data to identify potential risks such as money laundering, fraud, corruption, organized crime, and other financial crimes.
- Stay current with global regulations and internal guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with international teams on shared projects to deliver high-quality, timely insights.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)

Role Description:
The job of a Research Analyst in World-Check is one where we appreciate language skills, journalistic approach, and critical thinking skill. Our core is to provide search and analysis through reputable sources related to publicly exposed persons (PEP), companies, and institutions. The information collected and analysed supports our clients align with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and reduce financial or reputational risk of a missed investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching reputable media, government, regulatory and law enforcement sources to build and maintain relevant data in Refinitiv applications
- Using open-source research methods to capture information in the public domain
- Identifying regulatory and financial risk such as money laundering, fraud, organized crime, narcotics trafficking, and corruption
- Becoming familiar and staying up to date with guidelines and regulations to ensure accuracy and high quality of delivered work
- Collaboration with globally based teams on shared projects
Candidate Profile / Key Skills:
- Fluency in English and Slovak
- Critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to details
- Organization skills
- Very good use of Microsoft Office applications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Awareness of the socio-political context of the countries matching your language skills
