The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of plants, turf management, irrigation systems, and landscaping best practices, with the ability to deliver high-quality work across residential, commercial, and institutional sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain gardens, lawns, flowerbeds, and outdoor landscapes to professional standards.
- Perform planting, pruning, trimming, fertilization, and seasonal maintenance.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Monitor plant health and perform pest and weed control.
- Assist with landscaping projects, site improvements, and new installations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- A qualification or certified training in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field (essential).
- Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of plants, soil, turf, and landscaping techniques.
- Ability to read and follow landscaping plans or instructions.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Purpose of the role
Contribute to customer satisfaction and to the overall results of the department. To serve as a leader and role model for the Sales Consultants. Support and assist the Head of department.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of sales consultants.
- Be a player in the development of collective performance.
- Share information and facilitate communication within the team.
