What Makes You Unstoppable
– A bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, marketing, visual communication, or a related field

– A proven track record of leading creative operations at scale

What you'll do:
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team across design, production, and messaging.

What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of commercial design experience across print, digital, signage, and branded collateral.
- 3+ years in snowsports, lifestyle, or tourism industries.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to deliver high-quality creative from brief to final artwork.
- Experience in photo/film shoot art direction and agency collaboration.
- Proven leadership and workflow management skills.
