As a Junior Consultant, you will play a hands-on support role in the delivery of client projects across coaching, leadership, and organisational development. Working under the guidance of senior consultants, you'll contribute to research, content development, and client engagement. This role is designed to help you build a solid consulting foundation while making a tangible contribution to projects that shape people and organisations.Key Responsibilities
Support project scoping, planning, and delivery under the supervision of senior team members
Draft reports, presentations, and research summaries with accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate and provide logistical support for client workshops and sessions
Assist with the preparation of client briefs and presentations
Participate in client meetings, capturing notes and tracking action items
Maintain professional communication with clients on project-related matters
Collaborate with colleagues across practices and contribute as part of project teams
Proactively build knowledge in organisational development, change management, and leadership coaching
About You
Degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, psychology, business, or related discipline)
1 to 3 years of work experience in consulting, HR, organisational development, or similar
Exposure to coaching, change management, team effectiveness, or organisational culture (advantageous)
Strong research, coordination, and organisational skills
Analytical ability to summarise findings and support decision-making
Confident communicator with solid written and verbal skills

The Role: Clinical and Coaching Lead
As the Clinical and Coaching Lead, you will spearhead clinical strategy, operational excellence, and education programs. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, implement evidence-based practices, and leverage digital and AI-driven tools to deliver innovative, scalable, and effective health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimise clinical operations to ensure efficient, high-quality, patient-centred services

About You

Duties/Pligte
Strategic Coordination of Coaching Programme by Prioritising Leadership Roles
- Managing the design and rollout of the institutional coaching programme.
- Ensuring alignment with HR and overall institutional strategies.
Vetting and Panel Management of Coaches
- Managing a vetted panel of accredited coaches by reviewing credentials, ensuring ethical standards, and overseeing programme evaluation.
Liaising with Stellenbosch Business School and External Partners
- Ensuring coaching panel quality through collaboration with Stellenbosch Business School, supporting coach¿coachee matching, and representing HR in external networks.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Guiding managers and staff on coaching, sharing programme updates, and supporting engagement of both academic and PASS staff.
Analytics and Reporting
- Gathering and analysing thematic coaching data, preparing reports for governance structures, and using insights to inform HR strategy.
Programme Administration
- Overseeing scheduling, records, compliance, and budget monitoring to ensure accurate documentation, secure data, and full alignment with HR and SU finance requirements.
Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or related field. Accredited (or in process) with a recognised coaching body (ICF, COMENSA, EMCC) and completion of an accredited coaching programme.
- Experience: At least100 hours of coaching practice, plus five to seven years' HR/OD experience, including leadership development and work in relevant complex and/or higher education environments.
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management, organisational and project coordination, analytical reporting, vetting of coach credentials, facilitation, and excellent communication.
- Knowledge: HR/OD expertise with professional understanding of coaching practice, ethics, and standards.
- Registration: Active or in-process registration with ICF, COMENSA, or EMCC.
Recommendation/Aanbeveling
- Postgraduate qualification or additional certifications in leadership development or OD.
