Qualifications include technical certifications in cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) or data platforms, familiarity with consulting delivery methodologies, 12+ years of leadership in consulting or enterprise project/program management, and proven experience in delivering large-scale programs involving AI, data engineering, MLOps, GenAI, cloud platforms, and analytics ecosystems. Experience as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master, along with a proven track record in delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget, is essential.

Deep understanding of project management techniques, excellent MS Office skills, and experience with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps are required. Leadership in offshore/onshore delivery teams, experience in driving cross-sell and upsell motions, and strong stakeholder management skills are also crucial.

Reports to Managing Director / Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to join our sweets and chocolate manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for **leading, planning, executing, and completing all new projects** across the business. This includes factory expansions, new product developments, process improvements, equipment installations, and operational efficiency initiatives.

* Proven track record of **delivering large-scale projects** (new lines, plant expansions, or product launches).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the HFM upgrade project, from initiation to post-implementation support
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, IT, vendors, and external consultants
• Ensure alignment with our clients governance, compliance, and reporting standards
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
