Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of enterprise networking?

Our client is looking for a seasoned Networks Operations Manager to oversee a mission-critical, multi-vendor network infrastructure. In this senior-level role, you'll lead a high-performing team, drive network strategy, and take charge of complex security and infrastructure challenges across our enterprise stack.

You'll work with technologies including PaloAlto firewalls, Mellanox core switches, Arista routers, Cisco Meraki infrastructure, Saisei shaping, and VeloCloud SD-WAN, ensuring performance, availability, and security at every layer.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead major network projects : From LAN/WAN deployments to segmentation and refresh cycles
  • Manage critical incidents : Be the go-to escalation point for complex network and firewall issues
  • Develop strategy : Create roadmaps for emerging technologies and network expansion
  • Mentor your team : Drive performance, development, and collaboration
  • Coordinate with vendors & stakeholders : Align infrastructure with business needs
  • Ensure compliance : Follow company governance, security, and change management protocols

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise network/security leadership
  • Certifications: CCNP Enterprise, PaloAlto PCNSA, PCNSE, CCIE, CISSP, AWS/Azure networking
  • Deep expertise in Routing, switching, VLANs, BGP, firewalls, SD-WAN, and security protocols
  • Experience with the following tools VeloCloud, Python, Ansible, SIEM, Arista, Mellanox
  • Leadership acumen: Proven success leading teams and delivering on complex IT projects

  • Maintain fleet availability to ensure 100% operational readiness.
  • Deliver operational statistics via MIS.
  • Provide fleet management and advise on vehicle procurement.
  • Ensure vehicle safety, security and live tracking.
  • Oversee abnormal load transport in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain robust import/export capabilities.
  • Ensure full Proof of Delivery capability.
  • Maintain strong industry network and role-player relationships.
Customer and Supplier Service
  • Manage service level agreements with customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory entities and government-related stakeholders.
  • Foster internal communication across branches and divisions.
Human Resources and Industrial Relations
  • Manage operations staff and ensure alignment with company expectations.
  • Ensure access to policies and procedures for all team members.
  • Promote adherence to company code of conduct and disciplinary procedures.
Administration
  • Oversee daily operations reporting, KPIs, executive reports and presentations.
  • Control and reduce operational expenses through cost-saving initiatives.
Training and Development

Ensure timely staff training, including mandatory and soft skills development.

Customs
  • Oversee clearing and forwarding operations ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Ensure the customs department supports business functions effectively.
Environment, Health and Safety
  • Ensure compliance with OHS and company safety policies.
  • Manage safety and security of cargo, equipment and staff.
  • Enforce access control and PPE compliance.
