Our client is looking for a seasoned Networks Operations Manager to oversee a mission-critical, multi-vendor network infrastructure. In this senior-level role, you'll lead a high-performing team, drive network strategy, and take charge of complex security and infrastructure challenges across our enterprise stack.
You'll work with technologies including PaloAlto firewalls, Mellanox core switches, Arista routers, Cisco Meraki infrastructure, Saisei shaping, and VeloCloud SD-WAN, ensuring performance, availability, and security at every layer.

- Lead major network projects : From LAN/WAN deployments to segmentation and refresh cycles
- Manage critical incidents : Be the go-to escalation point for complex network and firewall issues

- Coordinate with vendors & stakeholders : Align infrastructure with business needs

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise network/security leadership
- Certifications: CCNP Enterprise, PaloAlto PCNSA, PCNSE, CCIE, CISSP, AWS/Azure networking
- Deep expertise in Routing, switching, VLANs, BGP, firewalls, SD-WAN, and security protocols
- Experience with the following tools VeloCloud, Python, Ansible, SIEM, Arista, Mellanox
- Leadership acumen: Proven success leading teams and delivering on complex IT projects

POSITION STATEMENT
The Technical Network Operations Manager will be responsible for keeping track of the day-to-day operational activities within the active networks team and will be the first technical point of contact for operational issues; incidents and ISP or end user escalations raised to the active networks team to ensure efficiency and extended uptime and quality of service for customers. The position will further cover daily health checks and actions required to ensure maximum performance, availability and capacity for all network components. The custodian of the role will contribute to problem identification and resolution and the operationalization of new or updated technologies and active networks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record; prioritise; track and coordinate operational activities within the active networks team

- Ensure SLA compliance from the active network team to internal and external customers.
- Provide 2nd level technical support for network related issues that are directed at the Active
