Key Responsibilities:- Deliver training to mine personnel on emulsion technology and blasting techniques
- Lead a team in underground emulsion blasting operations
- Conduct equipment testing and ensure quality assurance of products
- Maintain and repair emulsion charging equipment
- Support daily underground charging operations
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with SHERQ requirements
- Manage quality control in underground storage and blasting sites
- Provide technical support in line with blast design specifications
- Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Minimum 3 years experience in underground explosives mining
- 2 years experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance
- Competency A & B and blasting assistant competency
- Code 10 Drivers Licence
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and numerical skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Interpret performance, reliability, maintainability, availability and monitoring of ATM/CNS systems for statistical purposes.
- Design survey instruments to determine the validity, sufficiency and quality of product offerings.
- Research future ATM/CNS systems and provide solutions to enable the department to remain competitive in terms of being the preferred training provider.
- Compile comprehensive reports and implementation plans on research conducted in the external professional environment (formal and informal training, conferences, seminars etc.).
