Ensure the correct deployment, health and maintenance thereof, as well as do all installations and field support activities at customer’s premises in this area. Be the custodian of the network from the POP to customer’s internal network, and ensure our Contractor executes to our standards.
- Own the Customer’s experience on our network with the Area Manager.
Management:
- Convert Business and Tactical Goals for your area into all Operational plans. Develop monthly standardised Operational plans.
- Be part of the Level 2 Value Chain MOS collaboration to ensure that value chain flow problems are identified and solved.
- Manage the Contractor by ensuring that:
- Daily standardised execution plans are developed, shared and executed.
- The Contractor has all resources needed available to their teams, like tools, equipment needed, vehicles, safety measures and protocols.
- Each individual team member has activity lists each day and knows what is expected in terms of speed, quality, cost and safety in executing the activities.
- Measure the execution of activities via KPI’s (SQSCT) as well as via QC protocols. Put feedback loops in place to ensure daily problem solving and improvement.
- Reporting on KPI’s, metrics and statistics.
- Implement and uphold partnership agreements with customer and/or supplier teams.
- Coach and train Contractor teams to execute activities as expected.
- Facilitate the daily Level 1 MOS meeting and ensure triggers are identified and solved.
Leadership:
- Receive tactical leadership from the Network & Commercial Managers. Functional leadership comes from the Network Manager in your region.

The CRM Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our CRM system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Salesforce/etc.).
This role requires a strong understanding of CRM development principles, platform-specific development tools, and related technologies.
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality CRM solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business efficiency.

- Development and Customization:
- Customize standard CRM functionality to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom entities, fields, forms, and views.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Design and implement data models and database structures within the CRM.
- Implementation and Support:
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM users.
- Assist with system upgrades and migrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Integration and Automation:
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, etc.) using APIs and web services.
- Implement automation workflows and business rules to streamline processes.
- Develop and maintain data import/export processes.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Best Practices and Standards:
- Adhere to best practices for CRM development and coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM platform features and technologies.
- Ensure the security and performance of CRM solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a CRM Developer, in particular with Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, Salesforce.
- Experience with CRM customizations and extensions.
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Experience with web services and API integration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with power platform is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

What you’ll do- Conduct candidate technical vetting.
- Reviewing AI generated Assessments for specific positions.
- Review & Grade candidate assessment submissions.
- Conduct technical Interviews with candidates who pass the assessment.
- Provide summaries (write-ups) of the candidate that can be submitted to the Customer.
- Provide feedback to the Head of Technical Vetting on our technical vetting rigour and process.
- Collaborate with the product team to improve platform tools and insights for tech vetting.
- Document and maintain guidelines for assessments, scoring, and summaries.
- Technical assessment ability : Strong judgment in evaluating assignment submissions and conducting technical interviews across multiple tech stacks.
- Attention to detail : Accurate, high-quality assessments and summaries. Identifies subtle signals in code and communication.
- Interviewing skills: Can run structured technical interviews that assess both hard skills and problem-solving approaches.
- 5+ years as a senior software engineer or equivalent technical role.
- Extensive experience conducting technical interviews and reviewing code assignments.
- Demonstrated ability to identify high-quality candidates.
