Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Territory Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to lead inventory and purchasing operations across key territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the supply chain, ensuring accurate stock levels, reducing operational costs, and maintaining a high standard of logistical efficiency. This is a critical leadership role requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving, team management, and strategic planning within a dynamic, multi-territory environment.
Minimum requirements:
- Proven track record in supply chain/inventory management or purchasing.
- Experience in multi-territory operations and warehouse/3PL co-ordination.
- Strong ERP and data analysis proficiency.
- Sound understanding of international logistics, customs compliance, and quality standards.
- Experience handling materials such as electromechanical, ceramic, or plastic components.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent.
- Supply Chain certifications (APICS CSCP/CPIM) preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Accuracy:
Maintain exceptional stock accuracy across central warehouse, 3PLs, and project sites. Conduct stock and cycle counts, audits, and investigate discrepancies.
- Stock Level Optimization:
Ensure optimal stock levels to meet OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery standards. Prevent stockouts and overstock scenarios.
- On-Time Delivery:
Ensure timely and complete order deliveries in line with service level agreements.
- Cost Efficiency:
Identify and implement supply chain cost-saving initiatives. Negotiate favorable purchasing and logistics terms.
- Demand Planning & Budgeting:
Develop accurate demand forecasts and purchasing budgets. Align stock plans with operational and financial goals.
- Purchasing & Supplier Management:
Manage POs, pricing accuracy, and supplier lead times. Resolve supplier-related issues and ensure quality and compliance.
- Logistics & Distribution:
Co-ordinate inbound logistics and manage customer order fulfillment. Handle customs documentation for international shipments.
- Warehouse Management:
Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Manage relationships with 3PL providers and monitor inventory held on project sites. Handle contract labor for warehouse operations and ensure safe practices.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Lead warehouse and logistics personnel. Collaborate with QA/QC, Sales, Finance, and NPD/NPI teams to align supply chain operations with business needs.
- Planning & Reporting:
Create demand plans and supply chain forecasts. Report on KPIs such as OTIF, stock accuracy, and budget adherence.
