We are looking for a dynamic interaction designer to join our company. Your duties will include creating engaging and usable interactions for the user through product development, as well as identifying flaws and points of improvement during product testing.

• Following the full design process, from conducting market research to conceptualizing and designing a product for the company.
• Analyzing consumer behavior to gain user insights and identify opportunities to optimize the usability of a product.
• Identifying any defects or points of improvement during the product testing phase.
• Working with the product development team to ensure the product meets both management and consumer objectives.
• Providing feedback to the design team regarding the product's usability, value, and benefit.
• Engaging with customers to gauge how the product is being received.
• Keeping up to date with the market and industry to better implement the latest technologies in the design process.

• Bachelor's degree in visual design, UX design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years experience as an interaction designer or a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of the product cycle and product design principles.
• Proficiency in interaction design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, InVision Studio, and Axure.
• Solid knowledge of graphic design, including sketching, color theory, use of texture, and visual presentation.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and work within a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview: To challenge interface design assumptions and scope the most appropriate interface design for products by understanding product and client requirements. Execute the full spectrum of user interface design to contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-7 years of demonstrated workplace experience within the area of specialization, with evidence of contribution to the experience design practice.

You must have experience in designing for desktop, mobile and tablet, with a focus on the key principles of web design, usability, imagery/graphics and intuitive user experiences. Strong attention to detail and project management skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, other designers, and content creators, to deliver seamless web experiences.
• Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and accessible.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user interactions.
• Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure all web content is consistent with PwC's brand guidelines and standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website-related issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
• Assisting the larger digital team with day-to-day tasks related to our support desk administration.
• Designing and building highly impactful page design layouts from client data.
• Preparing designs in Fima or Adobe XD
• . Excellent UI & UX experience in designing, developing or managing user interface development for web sites.

Requirements:

• Relevant IT Qualification with minimum 3 years’ experience as a web designer/developer, agency experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer/Designer
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Strong understanding of web design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of UI/UX web standards and best practices
• Able to implement business requirements with design elements while adhering to brand standards.
• Proficient in CMS systems such as WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Enterprise Manager, SharePoint.
• Deep understanding of best practices in responsive design for web across mobile, tablet and desktop.
• Strong communication skills - able to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Multi-tasker with solid project management abilities, so that deadlines aren’t missed. Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment.
