Role Overview
We’re hiring an API Integration Specialist to lead the development, management, and optimization of our internal and external API systems. This role is instrumental in connecting critical platforms like NetSuite, Webflow, and Shopify — ensuring smooth data flow, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
You’ll collaborate closely with our dev team and cross-functional stakeholders to implement scalable integrations and resolve technical issues with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and optimize robust API integrations across platforms (e.g. NetSuite, Webflow, Shopify).
- Monitor and troubleshoot API connectivity and performance issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to enhance API usage and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Maintain and document API architecture, specifications, and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and propose improvements to current integration strategies.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in API development, integration, and management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems — NetSuite experience is a major plus.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-starter mentality with excellent communication in a remote setting.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and common data formats (JSON, XML).
- Hands-on experience with Webflow and/or Shopify integrations.
- Background in software engineering or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
- Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Celigo).
- Seamless API integrations across platforms with minimal manual intervention.
- Increased automation and reduced system errors due to improved data flow.

Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field
- Relevant certifications in system integration, solutions architecture, product management and project delivery frameworks eg TOGAF, ITIL, CBAP, AGILE or PRINCE 2 are advantageous
- Minimum 5 - 7+ years experience in system integration, solution engineering or technical business analysis ideally in fintech, SaaS or payment ecosystems
- Proven track record managing API-driven integrations and working with external software vendors or partners
- Familiar with debtor management systems, payment gateways or third party financial software platforms and integration protocols (Web Services and Batch Files) is highly advantageous

Position Responsibilities:
- Estimate, plan, and execute the logistics work statement.
- Manage and monitor support engineering data development (provisioning).
- Manage customer’s spare hardware requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation per the Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
- Assist with hardware obsolescence.
- Manage the Return of Repairable (ROR) process.
- Interface with internal and external customers.
- Develop operational procedures for spares management, inventory, ROR requirements, etc.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite at Hazelwood, MO. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at this location.
This position requires a US Security Clearance, and US Citizenship is mandatory.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a team environment with various stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Minimum of 3 years’ logistics experience.
