Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, SACPCMP) is highly advantageous.
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within the infrastructure development or construction sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-million rand infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations relevant to South Africa .
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and relevant design/CAD software.
  • Exceptional financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control for large-scale projects.
