Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data modeling, information architecture, or a closely related field.
- Strong background in SQL, NoSQL, and use of modern data modeling tools.
- Experience designing for cloud-based data architectures (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data lakes, and big data platforms.

Purpose of the Position
The Experience Design Manager will lead a team comprising a of UX/UI Design Lead and CX Design Lead. The Experience Design Manager will be responsible for leading customer exprience improvement initiatives using human-centered methodologies. This is a role focused on holistic, omni-channel experience design from concept to production. This Experience Design Manager will be responsible for leading internal project teams and cross-functional “design sprint” teams to improve every stage of the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
