In this role, you will need to research and develop information layouts, prepare interactive and paper-based prototypes, analyze feedback from users/readers, and update our current information layouts according to UX trends and principles.

To ensure success as an information architect, you will need to have strong design and user experience skills as well as a flair for creating quality information flows and templates. A top-notch information architect will understand the final product from a customer perspective and be able to rapidly change informational architecture design.

The Head of Security Architecture for the organization is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security architectures that protect sensitive data in compliance with regulations such as POPIA, GDPR. This role is critical in safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic health records (EHR), patient and employee information, medical devices, and cloud-based healthcare services. The role will focus on designing and developing security architecture that aligns business and corporate security strategy. The role will collaboratively direct Security Architects, IT, and Engineers to design and build security controls and solutions compliant with approved enterprise architecture frameworks and standards across business and digital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex and comprehensive security architectures for our systems, applications, and infrastructure, considering both current and future needs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to integrate security requirements into the system design and development lifecycle.
• Provides guidance and expertise in secure coding practices, network security, identity and access management, data protection, and other security domains.
• Model threats and risks, designing the controls necessary to mitigate them, on both an organizational and technical level – thinking like an attacker, understanding and anticipating the moves and tactics that a hacker might use to attack systems.

Purpose of the Position

The Experience Design Manager will lead a team comprising a of UX/UI Design Lead and CX Design Lead. The Experience Design Manager will be responsible for leading customer exprience improvement initiatives using human-centered methodologies. This is a role focused on holistic, omni-channel experience design from concept to production. This Experience Design Manager will be responsible for leading internal project teams and cross-functional “design sprint” teams to improve every stage of the end-to-end customer lifecycle. This role requires hands-on strategy formulation, sprint design and facilitation, journey and concept design, qualitative research and partnering on implementation.

• Work with business units and Experience Design team to design a holistic customer experience, uncovering customer needs, pain points and translate into business opportunities for business units and wider stakeholder groups
