We’re searching for a Junior–Mid level Industrial Design Engineer to join our in-house R&D team.
You’ll work in a collaborative space with direct access to 3D printers, prototyping tools, and a dedicated team of technicians who will help bring your designs to life.
You won’t be alone in this we’re building a product lab where everyone’s input matters. Whether you’re designing the next generation of One More Time power banks or iterating on jigs and fixtures for our production line, you’ll be hands-on and part of a creative, purpose-driven crew.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Design consumer products using Fusion 360 and prepare 3D-printable models.
- Collaborate with the production team to design fixtures, jigs, and tooling that make our builds smarter and smoother.
- Prepare and test files for 3D printing (mostly FDM, sometimes resin).
- Rapidly iterate prototypes based on feedback from the team and real-world use.

Role Description
This is not an entry-level position. You will be responsible for executing the entire end-to-end product innovation pipeline with minimal oversight. From product ideation to sourcing and supplier coordination, your work will directly determine whether a product succeeds or fails in a competitive market. You will take our product strategy and independently carry it through design, material selection, prototyping, supplier vetting, and quality assurance. Every detail matters. Precision, speed, and reliability are non-negotiable. If you're not already proficient in the full lifecycle of product development and sourcing, this role is not for you.
This is a contract-based remote role for an Industrial Designer / Product Sourcing to support R&D.
Main responsibilities
Develop and refine product concepts with attention to function, aesthetics, and user experience (both pet and human).
Identify and select appropriate materials, components, or ingredients based on performance, cost, and sustainability.
Research, evaluate, and compare manufacturers or suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Create and manage prototypes and samples to validate design intent and manufacturability.
Coordinate product testing and quality control to meet regulatory standards and ensure product reliability.
Conduct and support market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive products.
Assist in finding new sourcing for existing products and materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualization & Visualization:
Interpret project briefs (from clients, sales, or design team) to develop innovative and impactful 3D design concepts for temporary and permanent structures.
Produce high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations that effectively communicate the final look, feel, and functionality of the design.
Develop mood boards, sketches, and preliminary 3D models to explore and present initial spatial and aesthetic ideas.
Apply expert knowledge of lighting, materials, textures, and staging to create immersive and persuasive visuals.
2. Design & Technical Execution:
Develop detailed 3D models and technical drawings for fabrication and construction, including accurate dimensions, material specifications, and construction details.
Ensure all designs adhere to project budgets, timelines, venue regulations (e.g., exhibition halls), and health & safety requirements.
Work with a focus on cost-effective material selection and efficient production methods (e.g., joinery, metal fabrication, printing).
Integrate graphic design elements, digital displays, and interactive technology seamlessly into the 3D environments.
3. Collaboration & Presentation:
Collaborate closely with Industrial Designers, Interior Designers, Graphic Designers, Project Managers, and the Production/Fabrication teams.
Prepare and deliver engaging and professional presentations of 3D concepts to internal stakeholders and external clients, clearly articulating design rationale and solutions.
Manage project timelines for the visualization component, ensuring deliverables are met under tight deadlines.
Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to iterate and refine designs swiftly and accurately.
4. Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience in 3D visualization and design, specifically within the retail display (POP/POS), visual merchandising, brand activation, or exhibition stand industry mandatory.
Software Proficiency (High level of proficiency is essential in multiple):
